Shipping

At Zendle, we aim to hand deliver your purchases in the same week of your purchase on the weekends. We do not use other courier services as we want to ensure the best quality for you. Complimentary delivery is available for a minimum purchase of SGD$40. Otherwise, the cost of delivery will be SGD$5.

Express delivery is available for SGD$15

Upon order confirmation, your order will be delivered to your shipping address within 2 working days.

Delivery is available Monday – Sunday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Confirmation
Upon checking out your cart, you will receive an automated email to indicate your purchases within 15 minutes. If you did not receive any confirmation from us, please check your Junk/Spam email. However, if you still face the same issue, please email us at info@zendle.sg 

Shipping Address

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please do enter your shipping address accurately so that you will be able to receive your candles in the allocated delivery timing. In the circumstances of an inaccurate address being input in your orders, please reach out to us immediately to change the address. Alternatively, before we deliver your order, you can let us know when we contact you.

Refund/Return policy

For any damaged/incorrect order, please contact us at info@zendle.sg with the related documents and we will get back to you within 3 working days.
